Al Ahly swept Senegal’s AS Douanes 80-65 to win the title.

The momentous occasion was graced by the esteemed presence of BAL President Amadou Gallo Fall and FIBA Africa President Anibal Manave. Together, they bestowed upon Al Ahly the prestigious BAL Championship Trophy, a symbol of their unrivaled triumph.

Furthermore, Al Ahly’s outstanding forward, Anunwa “Nuni” Omot, was honored with The Hakeem Olajuwon Trophy, recognizing him as the deserving recipient of the 2023 BAL Most Valuable Player Award.
