Under the Diana Tambe Foundation (DT Foundation), Africa Fashion Week Amsterdam host its first annual Masquerade Fundraising Ball: FIDSIM (See poster). As a loyal supporter of it’s various projects before the official launch, the DT Foundation announces to officially launch its first fundraising event.
‘‘This event is not only a venue for our new and existing talents to show what they’ve got to the public but most of all to alleviated the lives of those people who are suffering from extreme poverty, encourage their art, handcraft, and those who are victims of natural calamities.’’ says Miss Diana Tambe CEO and Founder. The event organisers have also said to share the event’s holy grail; Social, Economic and Environmental goals with its invited members only. Hoping for your unending support, the annual Masquerade fundraising ball is a BlackTie/Tuxedos only event projected for March 2016 at the Royal Tropical Institute.
The Production Manager Aydin Acik tells the press ‘‘aside from the Diner Menu card titled ‘A MASKED BALL IN AID’ the event is going to be one of a type with exclusive side attractions & entertainment like table games, live band performances, masquerade fashion shows, and dancing with the 10 Winning models’’ The event plans to close with the auctioning of art tableau and small gifts bags.
DT Foundation is a non-profit organization which does not only provides a group of charitable services to the less privilege and those in need, but also provides aid and support to art, fashion, design, encourage and promote handicraft, helping members of the community by the maintain or expand of biodiversity, resource benefits, minimal resource degradation, acceptance of resource values, matching of supply and demand, adaptive design, intergenerational equity and promote & encourage sustainability in fashion & design.
