‘twas all ‘rainbow-groove’ in Accra… as SOUTH AFRICAN TOURISM hosted Social Media Influencers to a dinner @ Urban Grill — photos speak

While in Ghana, Sisa Ntshona took the opportunity to host a few Ghanaian Social Media Influencers, some of whom had previously been hosted by South African Tourism to experience different tourism offerings in South Africa, to a dinner at Urban Grill.

Present at the event were Bola Ray, YemmeYbaba, Moesha Buodong, Selly Galley and her husband Cartel Big J, Berla Mundi, DKB, Ameyaw Debrah, Prince David Osei, Harold Amenya, Sister Deborah, Giovanni Caleb, KOD, Mamavi Owusu Aboagye, Evans Mensah, George Quaye and others.

A competition to choose two people to be hosted by Sisa Ntshona during the Global Citizen Festival with Beyonce and Jay Z performing in Johannesburg in December was respectfully won by DKB and Eugene Osafo-Nkansah of Nkonkonsa brand.

The couple is headlining a line-up of performers, which includes Ed Sheeran, Pharrell Williams and Usher. Cassper Nyovest and D’Banj are also on the bill. The event will be part of the tributes to Nelson Mandela and his centenary years on from his birth and five years on from his death.

The CEO thanked the influencers for helping to make South Africa and the various experiences it has on offer known to their compatriots and encouraged them continue help market not only South Africa but the rest of the continent.

Accompanying the CEO to the influencer hangout were officials of South African Tourism, including Hloni Pitso, West Africa Regional Manager, Mohammed Tanko Kwajaffa, West Africa Trade Relations Manager and Jennifer Awoh, Marketing & Communications Officer, West African Regional Office.
