With about 7.1 million people currently live with HIV or AIDS, Condom company DUREX join forces ahead of World AIDS Day

Just in time for World AIDS Day (01 December), Condom company Durex has linked up with (RED)® & the Global Fund to fight AIDS in South Africa where 7.1 million people currently live with HIV or AIDS.

The partnership will include a global donation of $5 million to the Global Fund which includes proceeds from the sale of specially marked (DUREX) RED® condom packs sold in South Africa until the end of 2018.

In addition to that, a (DUREX) RED® bus embarked on a roadshow touring eight communities in and around Gauteng, promoting condom use, providing sex education and distributing more than 150,000 free condoms.
