Casts of ‘My Very Ghanaian Wedding’
‘MY VERY GHANAIAN WEDDING’ will be premiered at the Silverbird Cinemas (Accra Mall and West Hills Mall) on 6th and 7th October at 7:00p.m. and 9:00p.m. respectively for a ‘cool’ GH¢ 30.
The movie, ‘My Very Ghanaian Wedding’, is a brilliance centered on love, Ghanaian tradition and culture, and how all these determine the fate of a young couple, as written and directed by the Helel Smith and produced by Ludwig Mawuli Kalmz. Ahead of the October 6 grand premiere, media men were treated to a sumptuous-captivating thirty minutes of what is waiting in store for the eyes of movie enthusiasts. With the preview show taking place at the same venue where the main show would be shown to Ghanaians – the Silverbird Cinema, the whole process was to formally introduce the movie to media and give do them the honors of sharing views and opinions before it goes public.
With Adjetey Anang, Grace Omaboe, Dana, Sitsofe Tsikor, Vincent McCauley, Elaine Attoh, Ludwig Mawuli Kalms, all present (with others who couldn’t make it due to conditions beyond their control) at the press preview, it is clear that the production house owe the people of Ghana an obligation to give nothing but the best.
As part of the tit-bits we gathered from each of the casts, veteran actor Grace Omaboe indicated that she fell in love with the story due to the Ghanaian culture it projects. Also in an interaction with Adjetey Anang, he stated that the film dwelling on family as a bond, worn his heart.
