2020 VODAFONE GHANA MUSIC AWARDS – a script you could not simply make up as some came, others saw but KUAMI EUGENE conquered + see the full list of WINNERS

The 2020 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards is over and winners have emerged. Now as usual, the aftermath of the event would be welcomed by two kind of faces – the happy faces and the sad face; Oh! Not forgetting the neither-hiaaa-nor-diaaa-fellows who sometimes seem to have the entire templates of how an award schemes should be played out – yet they have never ticked a box with their title as ‘organizer(s)’.

Thanks to the present Covid-19 state of affairs, the organizers, attendees and everyone had to adapt and give their (best) shots. The two nights saw performances from Akwaboah, Kidi, Kwesi Arthur, Kuami Eugene, Epixode, Kofi Kinaata, Celestine Donkor, Medikal, King Promise, Adina, E.L, Nakorex, et al.

Though the night wasn’t meant to be caressed as a ‘fashion show’ one – albeit, a lot of attendees sincerely need to hire the services of professional Stylists.

Day-one had pinches of sound hiccups, lighting wahala, among other little issues that could have been avoided or corrected… however day-two wasn’t that disappointing.

In a nutshell, a big Kudos to Charter House for their steel in the face of this ‘new normal’.
