Sunday afternoon, the 11^th of August, 2019, would remain one of charged experience in the hearts of all that attended the book launch of Juliet Ibrahim’s “A TOAST TO LIFE”, in Accra, Ghana.

The event which was held at Sky Bar was attended by family, friends, well-wishers, and industry colleagues including the French Ambassador to Ghana, ma’am Anne Sophie AVÉ, ma’am Samia Nkrumah, HRH Oscar Yao Doe, Marcel Desailley, Joselyn Dumas, Sandra Ankobiah, Prince David Osei, Zynnell Zuh, Irene Logan, James Gardiner, myself (Kweku Suantah – reporting for Ytainment News for the very first time), among others.

The most notable part of the soirée for me was when excerpts from the book were read by KOD, Nana Aba Anamoah, Sonia Ibrahim, and Juliet Ibrahim. Attendees (including myself) were stunned by the revelations that came to light, which many never knew; but one thing we would tell our great grandchildren is that, “…Juliet’s test of nerve and character always found a way…”
