Avengers star, Scarlett Johansson & Colin Jost are Engaged

Wedding bells are chiming for actress Scarlett Johansson and Saturday Night Live: Weekend Update co-anchor, Colin Jost.

Johansson’s publicist Marcel Pariseau tells The Associated Press Sunday (May 19) that the private couple is officially engaged. Pariseau says no date has been set for the nuptials.

The lovebirds who made their debut in November 2017, have been dating for two years. This will be Jost’s first marriage, while Johansson was previously married to Ryan Reynolds (2008-2010) and Romain Dauriac (2014-2017) with whom she shares a five-year-old daughter, Rose.

Johansson and Jost have kept their relationship relatively private, although they’ve done a couple of events together here and there like their last red carpet appearance at the Avengers: Endgamepremiere, for instance.

While the two primarily haven’t talked about each other in interviews, Jost did gush about Johansson back in September 2017 when Johansson was unable to accompany him at the Emmy Awards.

“She’s wonderful. She’s working, so otherwise, she’d be here,” he told Entertainment Tonight then. “She’s pretty cool. It’s hard to have a lot of complaints, she’s pretty awesome…I’m very happy. I feel very lucky.”
