Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie Hints At That Oscar Winner Lupita Nyong’O Could Star In Movie Adaptation Of Americana !!!

Award winning author & literary rockstar Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie was recently on Arise360, where she chatted with Lola Ogunnaike about her book Americana, Beyoncé & a Lupita Nyong’o collaboration! For some reason she did not want to talk about how her feature on Beyoncé’s hit song”Flawless”came about but she was more than happy to talk about Lupita, who she recently raved about HERE.

Chimamanda hinted that Lupita who she revealed shared a passionate email with the writer, could be starring in the movie adaptation of her latest novel Americana. She said,

‘I’m going to do the mysterious thing and say that Lupita might be making an announcement very soon. I don’t know. That announcement might be about Americanah.’

Americana was named as one of the best books of 2013 by the New York Times.
