You’d with us that a good restaurant sets a high standard for its food quality and ensures that guests receive the same quality with every meal – this can earn your restaurant a good reputation and compel your guests to return for a repeat visit; that is the story of NOIRE LOUNGE Bar & Restaurant.
NOIRE LOUNGE is a destination point for quality food (both local and continental), classic cocktails, wines, craft beer and private event hub that was born out of Kikibees.
For historians, after five-and-half years, Kikibees (as it was originally known as) knew that they needed something extra because then, they noticed that they weren’t good at handling crowd control, so they decided to separate the Restaurant from the Lounge.
As it stands now, the ‘Restaurant’ where the food comes from is associated with Kikibees which starts operations at 6:00am and doesn’t close at all; whilst he ‘Entertainment’ side is the lounge – the Noire Lounge –, which starts operation from 6:00pm in the evening and closes at 6:00am in the morning.
Truth be told, we’ve been there and we must say that the overall service experience, menu, atmosphere, high quality of food and drink selections, are simply impeccable.
And if you have met Mr. Ben (who is the CEO) you’d want to visit NOIRE LOUNGE 365 days back-to-back, because he is an amazing owner who understands the business aspect of the restaurant properly. He, likewise his staffs make you feel welcomed.
In case you are still wondering what to order, there are varieties like the Kikibees Special fried rice, Kikibees special jollof rice, Kikibees special noodles, Kikibees special sea food combo etc. Also whenever you visit, make sure to ask for the shrimp or prawns or grills menus, as well as do not forget that on Sundays, the local delicacies take center stage. And for the Nigerian dishes, you are assured of getting your Nkwobi, Isiewu, Oha, Ogbono, Egusi, Efo-riro soups, at anytime of the day.
