As part of her social responsibility, Miss Paula Eyram, a former rep of Miss Excel Plus reality put smiles in the faces of students of St Peters Catholic School, Kwaman in the Central Region last week by donating educational facilities such as books, pencils, washing bowls, story books and pens.
Put together by Hope 4 The Special People Foundation where Miss Paula is member, she visited the school around 8 am and took the children educational talk before presenting the items to them later.
Every child in the school was refreshed with food and drink before they were displayed their talents to the organisers who had paid them visit.
Paula explained that her team decided to do this to help the less privileged students who cannot afford basic facilities for school.
The chief of the town, Nai Odai Amponsah, expressed how happy he and the entire village was to see Hope 4 The Special People Foundation donate to the school.
“This is something we have been doing across the country for some years but just that we have not made it public yet. We want other corporate bodies to emulate from us” she said.
According to her, Hope 4 The Special People Foundation which scouts for deprived school and homes and help them out with what they need noted that this initiative with her team will be an annual thing.
