If You Say “Dismissed Without Merit” Then Your Dismissal Also Failed Accountability Test” Is The Supreme Court Saying After Spending Taxpayers Money 1.2 Billion Ghs For Ghana Card, Over $200 Million US Dollars For New Voter Registration And 1.5 Billion Ghana Cedis For General Election The Public Cannot Demand Accountability For Such Public Funds? Why The EC Chair Was Aided To Evade Accountability Through The Court Proceedings? It’s Her Constitutional Duty?

It’s Unfortunate To Witness Such An Important Proceedings Was Done In An Obvious Manner Which Led Majority Of The Ghanaian Public To Predict The Outcome In Advance As If They Are Calculating 1+1. Without Any Doubt History Will Consider The Just Ended Election Petition Hearing And Proceedings As A Big Disgrace, And Perhaps An Insults To The Public Funds That Were Used To Undertake The Election Itself. Again History Will Judge Proceedings As The Poorest Court Hearing Ever Since Ghana’s Independence From 1957. 

Predictable Outcomes Cannot “Endure The Test Of Time”. The Supreme Court Has Failed To Removed “Illegitimacy Tag” On The Akufo Addo’s Presidency And It’s Rather Unfortunate To Upheld Daylight Election Rigging” In Such A Manner As If It’s Business As Usual.
