With compact size and lightweight design…SONY unveils a7C Full-Frame Mirrorless Camera

Sony has announced the Sony A7C, a dramatic shift in design for the company and the result is the “world’s smallest and lightest full-frame interchangeable lens camera.” The new compact Sony Alpha camera is designed for enthusiast photographers searching for a small and light full frame camera, APS-C owners wanting to step up to full-frame image quality and performance, and first-time interchangeable lens camera owners.

The models comes with a 24.2MP sensor, and can take stills with up to 10fps, record (Up to) 4K30p, or FHD 120p video with XAVC-S. It features a capable AF, vari-angle LCD touchscreen, viewfinder and 5-axis IBIS.

The model was announced along with the new Sony FE 28-60mm f/4-5.6 lightweight kit zoom lens and the Sony HVL-F28RM compact and lightweight flash.

Price and Availability
The Sony A7C will be available at local retailers with pricing to confirmed later. The body only is priced at $1,800 and $2,100 for the kit with the new 28-60mm f/4-5.6 zoom lens.
